Subscriptions & Liability

Stripe and Apple purchases renew automatically until cancelled. GoAsk.Chat is provided "as is" without warranties; liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Refunds & Billing

Our refund and cancellation policies

Stripe Subscriptions

Stripe subscriptions can be canceled anytime from the in-app billing portal or by emailing support. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the billing period.

Apple App Store

Apple App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings. Refund requests follow Apple's policies; we honor entitlements immediately once Apple confirms purchase status.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days for review.

How to Cancel

• Stripe: Cancel anytime in-app or via support at chat@goask.chat.
• Apple: Manage through your Apple ID subscriptions in Settings.
